That was before the injury of Marcus Phox.Wellington came a whisker from beating the Spartans which would have been the highlight of the season. Collegiate led 14-13 at the end of the first quarter. Collegiate made it 30-22 at the half. Wellington narrowed the margin to two in the third quarter with an 18-13 output.Collegiate outscored Wellington 16-11 in the fourth quarter down the stretch to win 59-51.
