On moving day at the Farmers Insurance Open, Tiger Woods delivered a 1-under 71 that all but ended any shot of jumping into contention on the final day.Woods entered the day 11 strokes out of first place but had posted consecutive 2-under 68 rounds on the first two days. He finished Saturday 5-under for the tournament.
