Interest in Turkey grows

first_imgThe Turkish tourism industry is experiencing a relative boom in interest as tourists look to travel to a destination away from the recent upheavals in North Africa and the Middle East.Figures released by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism have shown a 20.46 percent increase in tourist arrivals into the country in January 2011. compared to the same month in 2010, local media have reported.
